My first time at Quedan was pre-pandemic, and was happy to see it was still around on this last visit to Bacolod. The vibe is still hip and the drinks are still good, while being reasonable priced. Try their Quedan G&T, which combines native ingredients like sugarcane with the classic gin & tonic. This time, also got the chance to grab dinner here. The pumpkin soup as a starter was good, but needed a bit more flavor. The tuna tataki was the standout dish, made with fresh-tasting fish that was seared perfectly on the outside. The chimichurri steak frites was the disappointment - we asked for medium rare and it came back medium well to well done. The server apologized, but damage was done. Would still come back.

I had the pleasure of trying the Tuna Tataki at Quedan Restaurant located at Paseo Verde in Bacolod City, and it was a delightful dish. The tuna was gently-seared and had a perfectly tender texture, making it a joy to savor. While the soy sauce could have had a bit more citrus and ginger to give it a gentle kick, it was still a tasty accompaniment to the dish. The presentation of the dish was beautiful, and it was just the right portion size for a satisfying lunch. The restaurant itself had a cozy and inviting ambiance, with excellent and attentive service that added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend Quedan Restaurant for anyone looking for a lovely dining experience in Bacolod City.

Place- the place is nice Foods: Mixed Berries Salad 4/5 Truffle Pasta- 1/5... definitely a bummer! we're expecting more of it; needs salt too! Paella Negra- 1/5 the price did not suit the taste! Too plain and too boring. Mahi mahi salsa- 3/5 the fish is great! The rest were plain. US angus ribeye- 4.5/5 the star of the night⭐️ Please expect that waiters needs to be reminded from time to time (1/5). Time- we asked to be served first with salad, but the reason why I'm taking time to make a review was, we're actually told to wait 45 mins for the paella and we agreed, only to be served after 75 mins together with truffle pasta 😭 The rest of the food were served approximately 10-20 mins apart after the paella.

GO TO CAFE UMA INSTEAD The restaurants main selling point is the physical venue. The dish took too long to be served. Steak Frita was cooked medium rare but the chimichurri that came with it lacks oomph. The dish was very expensive for the service, serving and taste. The shoestring fries was soggy as well.

Five star quality food and great wine selection! Truffle pasta with sisig, pintxos, squid sisig and everything was great. By far the best restaurant in Bacolod ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing Mixed Berries Salad. Absolute star. Horrible service time. If you are hungry, try somewhere else. If you are okay waiting, then eat here. Bacalao was good but lacked in serving size. Worth considering the other restos in the same area.

One of the best hangout spots in the city for dinner and some drinks. They offer a wide range of tasty dishes not found in most restaurants around Bacolod.

We were lured into the restaurant by the appealing menu only to discover that it was only the menu that offered good food and the kitchen not so much at all. First of all some of the items were not available and what we ordered the portions were ridiculously small . The tenderloin meat was chewy and not tasty at all...and lastly it was very expensive on top of it all! So needless to say we won't visit this place again!
